What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@indusbig.com. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. However, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact us.
